Every ministry that we have, has a purpose. Playing softball is one of those outreach programs. What better way to reach our community and get them connected to Christ than by playing a game we love. We are called to be like Christ in all that we do, even playing softball. When we take the field, we want to have a Christ-like attitude. This is also a way for us to invite those other guys to join us for church.
Starting Saturday, September 30, we will begin a new service that is geared towards those who play softball. All players and families will be welcomed to join us as we worship together and grow in our spiritual walks. It will be the last Saturday of the month and the service will begin at 4:00. We will have child care for up to age 11.
We like to win the games we play but that doesn't always happen. But, if Christ is living in us, we will always win. Do you want to be a part of the winning team?
